Our son met with Coach DJ for the first time last night and neither he nor I could have been more impressed! His training style is multifaceted, innovative & fun! My son said he learned more in one session with Coach DJ than he did all preseason with his school coaches - he covered form, load, technique, pass/play recognition, coverage & so much more just in the one workout! We're so grateful to have found Coach DJ & are excited for our next session with him!! Can't recommend him enough!!
