Session Plan
Clients can expect precise, extensive, and strategic work to improve their abilities. My goal is to get you comfortable with playing under pressure. I'll use agility training and conditioning frequently (cones, ladder, throwing targets, resistance bands, etc.). Whichever position you play we will conduct specific position drills and scenarios to improve individual IQ and performance. Each session will be no longer than an hour and thirty minutes and we will get the best out of each session. I firmly believe that iron sharpens iron.
